I've had this for the past few years and haven't had any problems. Been on a few Vacations using both points and discounts certificates. The resorts we've stayed at are beautiful and customer service is great. The cost is expensive but the fact that you actually own part of a resort and all ownership is transferred from generation to generation is awesome. It's always best to book at least six months in advance.

They called me recently and I did my research anyways I blocked them this are their number and text numbers beware.. they said I won sweepstakes of course in listened on the phone .. wanted to hear how deceitful they're.. anyways timeshares.. I'm sure they will be waiting for me to pick up my grand prize.. yay!!! Not!!! Bye bye liars...

Scam. They called me from an 818 number and told me I won all these prizes. I drove 30 miles to claim my prize. It was bullsh*t. Timeshare sales pitch.

Do not buy it, I had it and I am not able to book anything with the points we got and cleaning fees keep going up. DO not buy it, it is a scam.
