I spoke with a representative. He made me feel good while we were talking on the phone. I advised him of my injuries and constant pain and the person who had hit me had DUI charge. He told me with confidence I had a case by information given. He asked me to send pictures of my vehicle. We ended call. Once he received pics. He immediately called me back telling me they CAN'T represent me due to the level of damages on MY vehicle. I asked him what does the damages has to do with my injuries/pain. He assured me my damages to my vehicle is not enough for a case. I politely ended called. Called another law firm. They advised me I have a very good case. Additional information my injuries were at a very high level. I will be compensate for everything. I was very disappointed with Jacoby and Meyers. There advertisement is false. . They only take cases they would profit from. Guess my case wasn't big enough. Thanks guys for nothing. False advertising. YOU ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE. STOP ADVERTISING FALSE. WHY HAVE A LAW FIRM AND BE PICKY AT THE SAME TIME.. SMHu

My wife got rear ended on the freeway and we hire this individual to represent her and the case is going into years now and we got a letter in the mail from the other insurance company that they had settle. My wife has been calling the office of jacoby and Myers and left messages for the person handling her case or the attorney but no one has bother to call back. As of today she has never spoken to the attorney at all we are thinking of retaining another firm to deal with this firm so can get closure. I would not recommend this attorney at all gave one star and that is to much to for them .PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM.

My car accident was July 2019... Still waiting to hear from them. We call & call but they claim they've emailed my husband. My husband called them a month ago. They said they would call him back. It's March now & we're still waiting. They are not good at giving you answers or even a call back..

Most major law firms I have too many clients and not enough representative Jacoby and Myers has enough representatives to take the time out to fully not only listen but to understand your problems your needs and your situation. In saying that that is the least of what they do when it comes to actually getting business taken care of, thay are rapid, precise and nine times out of 10 if you have any questions if you’re patient enough they will all be answered and taken care of without any further notificationsOn your end. Do not hired this firm of lawyers for your case!!!!! First of all you will never speak to a lawyer you will only speak to the secretaries dealing with your case, once the case is settled and they received the check you will hear crickets from them!! When you call to follow up on your case they will always tell you they’re busy or they’re on a meeting. They receive my settlement check seven months ago and I still haven’t hear from them or haven’t seen any money yet
