Our hospital has been working with Multi for 8 years or so. They are always so happy to help with whatever we request from them. They recently upgraded our x-ray rooms and our mobile x-rays to wireless digital panels. We couldn’t be happier! They installed 4 systems and trained our staff in only two days.Their applications specialist was so great. He was patient and to the point. Thanks Multi!!
We were referred to Multi by one of our sister hospitals 10 years ago. We needed a part sent to us for early arrival the next day. Our system was down and we had cases at 9:00am the following day. Because we had missed the cutoff time for Multi to ship the part, Dan stated that he would drive the part to us that night. Our facility is an hour and a half away from their facility. I really didn’t believe he would personally drive the part to us until he showed up. You just don’t get that level of service these days. I told Dan that we would be a client for life, and just like he was true to his word, we’ve been true to ours. We have been purchasing all of our imaging systems and parts from Multi since that day. We highly recommend Dan and his amazing team.
We started using Multi for our X-ray and C-arm replacements several years ago. We had always been nervous about using a company that we hadn’t used before, but they have been absolutely amazing!
