My house was burglarized, and the combination to my gun safe compromised. No weapons lost, but to be on the safe (no pun intended) side I had the tumbler combination redone. Fast, friendly, and professional. Would recommend it to anyone who has had a similar breach in security protocols.

Went into the store in the morning to have a door lock re keyed. The kid at at the counter was extremely rude. I have been going there for years but I'm done. Get another job if your that miserable.

I called to ask a simple question but the response was very unexpected. He sounded like he hated his job and had the worst attitude ever. If he don’t know how to do phone service, then he should understand that this job is not fit for him.
I had them come out and fix my warehouse door, i wish i could of got the name the employee that came out. This guys are amazing on what they do.
Really a great example of why we as customers need to support and promote small businesses. I had a really odd situation where the key stuck in my ignition because it so worn out, so i had to remove the entire ignition part of the steering column. Not only did RBM remove the stuck and badly worn out key, he was able to create a new a new key by eye, and get the proper key code from the car company because the manufacturer database recognized the shape he created.Now it all works perfectly. Your not going to get this skill level at Home Depot or Lowe's. Once again please support local business, you won't regret it.
I found this place accidentally by driving by. Now I go out of my way when I need keys made or even when I need my remotes to my vehicle programmed. They charge 10 per remote. These gentlemen, are very professional I very knowledgeable. Make sure you get there a little bit before 5 if you need Services(keys made), they like to leave right on the dot. And if they can't do something they may refer you to someone who can. Prices are reasonable. Thanks RBM! FYI they give you a small discount on the spot when you use cash. I think it's 5% off. I've taken advantage of that a few times and I've saved a few dollars.
