The showroom in Ontario had variety and helpful/knowledgeable staff. We were helped by Brad. He helped us purchase exactly what we were looking for. Delivery was smooth and professional. Casey and (I'm sorry, name escapes me) other delivery were very professional and courteous, helpful as well. Install was damage free and quick. Casey was very knowledgeable about usage and tips on our new safe. I would ONLY use West Coast Safes in the future for a quality product. Thumbs up!

West Coast Safe was awesome. Super helpful staff educated me on the pros and cons of a few safes I was considering. They had the one I wanted in stock and made it easy to purchase and schedule delivery. Delivery guys were on time, had a good attitude and did a great job navigating the safe through my house taking the time to make sure nothing was damaged along the way. They installed the safe and gave me a quick lesson on how to program the lock. All around great experience. Would absolutely recommend purchasing from West Coast. Thanks guys.

From start to finish professional!! From the phone call to inquire about a safe, the staff was able to answer all of my questions and arranged a hassle free purchase. Setting up a delivery day that worked for both of us. Then the delivery was done just like they state/show in the videos, the two delivery guys were very knowledgeable and made sure they took care of the house as they moved it throughout the house. Job well done and have recommended them to many of my friends already!!!

West Coast Safes is the best!! Heather was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and had an answer for all the questions I had. This is my second safe from them and I would go back again!!
