I have used AFC in Ooltewah, TN., 5 or 6 times now. They are consistently efficient, considerate and thorough. I have been there for acute care several times for needs anywhere from stitches to strep to a Rapid Covid-19 test with a positive diagnosis. The appropriate care and medication has always been given. They always make a followup call 1 to 2 days after the visit to see how I am doing and if I need to return to be seen further. They are very responsive! I recommend AFC, in Ooltewah in particular, at the very highest level. Thank you!

Good care but very slow administrative staff. Plan on long wait times even when two people are in waiting room.
This was my second visit to AFC Ooltewah in a weeks time. My son had strep on Sunday and then me today. The staff are super friendly and make sure to take good care of their patients. The wait time for the visits were 30 and 40 minutes and they were fairly busy so about a million times faster than the ER. I got a covid, flu and strep and it was quick and easy. Next time any of my family are sick and need a quick diagnosis we are definitely coming back. Nicest staff ever and in and out very quickly. Highly recommended.
I had a small medical issue that needed treatment and although I had never been here some family members had. Sign in was a breeze and the staff was so nice. I felt like a friend of the family rather than a patient. And I didn't cry this time. But in all seriousness I would recommend them, if the situation warrants, over an ER. Smaller, friendlier, faster. Totally satisfied.
I was in and out in 30 minutes. That’s not the best part though. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They listened to me and took good care of me. During this time, it is so good to feel you are in good hands. I will definitely go back to them if needed. Truly impressed ‼️K
