Never thought of taking the tour since we are locals but our son and girlfriend gave it to us as a gift and my husband and I loved it. Seeing Miami Beach from the helicopter was wonderful, made us appreciate it more and realized we live in paradise. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and in person, they treated us like friends. The pilot was amazing, made us feel comfortable. We loved it and have recommended to friends and family. It’s a great gift!!!

I talked to a few other companies before deciding that Miami Helicopter Tours was the right choice. Amy was super responsive, knowledgeable and did everything in her power to make the trip special for my friends birthday. Our pilot, Colton, and our guide Angel made it even better. The ride was fun, smooth and we learned allot about Miami. Best time ever! We will certainly return for more trips, maybe with doors off this time. Definitely recommending this company to our friends!
It was awesome, the first time with my family, and we had a blast. Staff is very friendly. Colten, the pilot, is phenomenal and very knowledgeable. He's such a great tour guide and we felt so safe with him. Amy and Angel are awesome and very professional. We saw most of miami and will definitely do it again . Thank you for your service!
Horrible! I booked a flight on September 24 2020 for my husbands birthday on October 4th. On 25 of September I got called to cancel or to reschedule because they were waiting for parts and they could only confirm flights after the 15th of October. I said okay and booked it for the 19th and she send me a new invoice. The next day on the 26th I decided to call back and completely cancel for a refund because it was useless. My husbands birthday is on the 5th! Anyway I’ve sent countless emails and calls and at first the lady was very nice and of course I’m very nice but last time my husband called she was so rude and told him to just do the claim to our bank! And we were like ok what other choice so we have ! And we did that and I few days ago the bank took the money back! Which means they probably were contacted my the bank and lied because we ARE STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND. 4 months later!!!! Also you call for trips in Miami and people in New York are helping you anyway I’ve basically been ripped off. Horrible service. They’re quick to call to reschedule but not to return your money.
Best experience!! They were very accommodating and even waiting for me because the traffic was bad at the time I went. Can’t wait to do this again! Ended up taking some great pictures. Well worth it!
