I called Farnell Mechanical Friday afternoon November 15, 2019 to report a furnace trouble code that showed-up on my thermostat. Technicians Austin and Jordan came to our home that same afternoon, identified the cause of the trouble, and corrected it. They were both very professional, polite and courteous, answered all of my questions, showed me what caused the furnace code and explained what they did to correct it. I give them a 5 star rating and recommend them to anyone contacting Farnell for furnace and air conditioner maintenance. They represented Farnell Mechanical well.
