We moved to Paces at the Estates in August of 2020 and have had nothing but wonderful things to say! Our move in process was smooth, and the apartment was very clean and well maintained. On move in day, the apartment almost didn't even need a wipe down, which has not been our experience with other apartments in auburn. The one or two nit picky things that we wanted fixed or looked at when we moved in were handled by maintenance staff within 2 days of us moving in. The apartment complex is nestled in the middle of a neighborhood, and is very quiet and very dog friendly. Lots of nice neighbors. For the location, amenities, and overall quality of the apartments and neighborhood, the price is very fair. Our unit is one of the original buildings (Paces 1) before they added more (Paces 2) and the first floor units have beautiful amber concrete glazed floors. The rooms and bathrooms are nice sizes too, and the appliances are all newer and look/work great. Large windows bring a lot of natural light in, making it very easy to make homey. All three of the office staff members are very sweet and helpful-they always have treats for our dog when we stop by to pick up mail! Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the maintenance guys are very nice and professional as well. Overall amazing staff, which makes it so easy to get things taken care of when something does pop up. Would 100% recommend Paces for comfy, easy living in Auburn.

I have been a tenant for almost two years and I have no complaints. It has been everything I was hoping for and so much more. Staff are super friendly and are always there when I need them. They go above and beyond for their tenants & I am so happy that I chose to live here. My time in Alabama is coming to an end and I am more sad about having to move from Paces than I am about moving out of Alabama as a whole!
I LOVED living at Paces at the Estates! The staff were friendly and kind, and I loved that there are two courtesy officers that live on the property. It's a quiet area and I always felt safe.
I have lived in both phases of Paces at the Estates in Opelika, AL. The apartments are very clean, never had an issue with pests, quiet neighbors, and maintenance is quick to fix any issues. To top off a great space to live in, the community at Paces (especially the employees!!) are friendly and professional. I would recommend for anyone!
We have lived here for almost two years and have loved it! They keep the main areas very clean and maintenance is always quick when responding to problems. The front office staff has always been extremely nice and work hard at making Paces a great place to live! Very dog friendly area which is always a plus from a dog owner myself. I also love that we are only 10 minutes to tigertown/opelika and 10 minutes to Auburn. Overall, a great place to live if you are looking for something a little quieter and peaceful!
