This was the best part of our trip! The bike choices were many, very clean and running awesome. Garret was very very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond in helping us and helping us have a great time. 100% would do it all again

Wow what a great experience! Dan the owner was so nice and knowledgeable about this business and his bikes. Makes you feel very comfortable with the motorcycles and goes over everything with detail to make sure you know how to operate the equipment. Knows the area very well and gave us all kinds of advice on where to go and what to do. A very wide selections of bikes as well, he definitely has something that you and your family can enjoy! I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND RENTING WITH DAN, SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY AT ITS FINEST! He has all the helmets, jackets, gloves, and riding gear that you need to be safe! HE HAS THE BEST PRICES BY FAR! GREAT LOCATION as well, right in the middle of everything. We stayed in Gatilinburg and what a sweet ride it was to get to his place of business! Going back to rent from him for sure!

The staff was helpful and they had a good selection of bikes to choose from. We picked a bike that didn't quite work for us and he helped us get another machine that was right for us, last minute, no extra charge. He also gave us some maps and advice on local routes. I'd rent from wolf Wolf Creek again!

Gerret, you blew me away. Fantastic experience in every way. If I could increase the star count above 5, I would. The machine was phenomenal. Clean. I can’t stress that enough. Beautiful machine. These folks take pride in what they present, and it shows. Secondly, Gerret was extremely professional when it came to addressing any and all concerns about the operation of our Honda Gold Wing (GW). Leading up to our trip, he was quick to communicate, and he even helped us change our trip from a rainy Tuesday to a gorgeous Wednesday. The GW, as it turned out, was perfect for our endeavors in the mountains. At first we wanted a Harley, being from the Milwaukee, WI area, but the secret is, I’m glad we ended up aboard the GW - the mountain handling is superb. To top it all off, and truly the cherry on top, when we got back, Gerret really went the extra mile. Thanks for showing us around the Slingshot and your other top shelf machines. We will be back. There is no question about that. I work with clients every day, and I can truly say, this business knows true hospitality, and they are top ranking in client services in my book. Again, thank you so much for a truly awesome experience.
