I bought this helmet for my elderly mom who is 89 and who is at high risk of falling. Product is so so. Too tight under chin, only covers head but not the temples, so the protection against injury is not sufficient especially because each time she fell , she always injured her left temple. Unfortunately I could not use the product and because I had her name engraved on it, I suppose I will not be refunded????? The size ordered was correct as it was measured by an ergo therapist .

This is really nice support for small kids in the playground. I wish they would have had an extension at the back of the helmet to cover little of the neck too, but overall this is a great soft helmet for protecting the head as well as the forehead.
