Dr H & his staff are amazing. I am always able to get myself and my family in in urgent situations and our day-to-day healthcare needs are always met. Optimal health use standard medicine as well as alternative which I respect and appreciate.

As other reviews have stated, the office staff is not friendly. There wasn't a friendly greeting or smile to be had. In general, if you're a doctor (and I haven't actually met with this doctor, but the reviews he's received are good), your staff is customer service, and here they were lacking in making a new patient feel welcome. I did have a good experience with the medical assistant and nurse practitioner though, they were quick but thorough in meeting and discussing any concerns about health that I had.

Dr Wendell Heidinger is a good doctor. He is very warm, very friendly, very easy to talk to, and I feel so comfortable to confide to him about my medical problems. I made the right choice to make him as my primary doctor.

Never have been a fan of going to the doctor office, hospital, etc however this place is fantastic! Friendly staff, above and beyond customer service, and very efficient. I actually dont dread going to appointments like I would previously at other places. Dr. Ibarra is fantastic 10/10 would recommend
