Absolutely incredible facility and employees. Becka especially got me the resources I needed to get my situation taken care of. Thank you Options.

I’ve have tried 2 months to have a family member seen for schizophrenia and have been only been getting the run around the whole time. It takes a month to get an appointment And then another month For an initial assessment and another month to get scheduled with a psychiatrist for meds. Mean while my sister having been doing without meds for a month while waiting. I’ve have talked to numerous people that assure me a phone call back I’m always referred to another person every time!

My records were never accurate, I reported being suicidal every day, when I got my records it showed the therapist listed o threat\. Apparently you have to kill yourself around here to get anyone to notice, even then they wouldn't report it because it could lose them funding and/or bonuses. This is a terrible place and not safe for anyone.

Been seeing Florence for a little over a year now and had to come share my experience in hopes that someone else could be helped like I am. This year was very rough, bad accident, coming to terms with becoming disabled, ptsd, abuse ... life isnt always easy going. On my worst days I'll drag myself in and somehow this saint makes me feel better every time. She leaves me with hope and gives me kind words and her sincere presence and wisdom. She always gives me tips on books, groups or some kind of self help I can do in my own time, she's attentive and one of the kindest people you will meet, a truly wonderful counselor that has helped me become more positive and hopeful overall. I can't speak for everyone here, I had a pretty bad experience in family therapy that almost made me give up on options, but I'm glad I didn't let one bad apple maybe having a bad day ruin it for another sincerely trying to help. Give them a shot, try another counselor if yours doesn't fit right. The truth can be hard to hear but there's also a way to be told that doesn't make you feel worse, Florence is the best! Thank you
