So totally cool! If you are interested in plants, climate and energy conservation , then this is for u! The tour is short but worth it. Staff is awesome.

Enjoyable 90 minutes self guided tour both inside and around Biosphere 2. Prepare yourself for the humid rain forest and interesting Ocean and less impressive desert landscape section. Would have liked to have toured the outlying buildings such as the power plant and Biosphere lungs structure. Also, wished there was some specialists there to answer questions. Overall, a nice way to spend a couple of hours. Kids would love it, especially those interested in science.

Definitely worth a visit. You will learn a lot and be impressed. Currently there is only an app-based audio guide available with 18 stations and maybe 20 minutes of talk, so you are going to spend a maximum of 60 minutes there. I find the price tag to be hefty with 25 per person, but it’s a unique sight.

The biosphere was absolutely beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even during covid, you are still allowed to go inside the biosphere and tour the different habitats and living spaces. Masks, social distancing, and sanitizing was followed extremely well. Glad to see them putting safety before anything else! Tour was about an hour and super fun. I highly recommend.

The Ocean, desert and rainfall areas open. Lower habitat was the only place you can get. I was disappointed that the lungs area was closed. However It's totally worth seeing for despite of closed sections. And I am happy that 25 admissions fee per person goes to ASU' researches. It's the future and it's a great hope.
