I called 4 different repair services about a washer issue we were having that no one wanted to repair because it was too complicated (this is after paying someone 80 to diagnose the issue). Appliance Techie is the only one who actually spent time on the phone with me and thoroughly explained what was happening with the washer, how it happened, and the cost of every individual part to fix and why we would need each of those parts. Although they could take the repair job and make lots of money on labor, they gave me the honest answers as to why they shouldn't take the job. I was very impressed with the time that was taken to speak with me and their knowledge and sincere kindness. I have saved them in my phone for any future appliance repairs and will refer them to others as well.

I highly recommend Appliance Techie to anyone, the technicians that came out were friendly very knowledgeable and fixed my Sub-Zero fridge in about 1.5 hours, also they provided my wife and me with some great advice when it comes to the maintenance.
