Came in on September 10 and stayed at BW The Tides. Rented chairs on the 11th and 12th. Jonas took great care of us Friday and Julia took great care of us on Saturday! Julia went above and beyond since those of us renting chairs wanted our umbrellas moved several times. She did it without a complaint and really made the day that much more enjoyable. She was awesome!! You have a great company with great people there at PBS! Y’all stay safe with Sally coming in! Robbie

Every time I come down to Indigo these people have their rental chairs and umbrellas taking up every square inch of beach space by 630 am. We have to run down and have a stand off to claim our territory. It’s unsightly and prevents people with their own beach stuff from getting a decent spot to watch small children. Indigo and Perdido Beach Services need to come up with a plan that better shares available space for all owners and guests.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Orange Beach this week. Kaia was FANTASTIC! Always greeted us with a smile and eager to help in any way. We really enjoyed chatting with her. Looking forward to seeing her again in the future. Julie & Kirk
We stayed at Sleep Inn on the Beach in Orange Beach and rented lounge chairs and an umbrella. I'm giving them 2 stars only because their service people were so nice. Unlike other services in this area, they do not take debit or credit cards, and you cannot charge to your room (cash or check only). This is really inconvenient, as I don't generally take my checkbook or much cash to the beach. We arrived about two hours before they closed on our first day at the beach and asked for a quote for the next two full days and for the two hours remaining on that day. The service person quoted an almost entire day's fee for just two hours, which I did not take (although I did book the two full days). It seemed odd to me that they would rather let it sit there set up and unused rather than make some money on it. Also, they did not have enough service people to handle the work. Our chairs/umbrella were never set up before 8:15 AM and we had to do almost all of the repositioning of the umbrella ourselves because their personnel were just not around. We also lost the last three hours on our last day--Orange Beach had light rain but because there had been a lightning strike in Foley, they said they were not allowed to have umbrellas up. We were not offered a refund. We plan to go back to the Sleep Inn next year, but I'm seriously thinking of purchasing our own chairs and umbrella rather than deal with this again.
Nothing better than having someone coming to adjust our umbrella, making sure it was where we needed it..coty was very sweet & did a great job @ harbour place!!!
