Bought a shirt; didn’t fit. Went to return it and they didn’t have the next size so I requested a refund; said they could only do an exchange so I told them I’d go to one of their 100s of stores they seem to have EVERYWHERE and find something. So they gave me a “gift card” for the amount. Went to another store and picked out something, and guess what ......THEY COULDN’T REDEEM THEIR OWN CARD they had given me “ because they had a new “system they installed in January and it wouldn’t go through so now I’m sitting on a worthless gift card. This outfit is so messed up I would advise everyone to go to Alvin’s or wherever else .....not here!

If I could give this particular location 0 stars I would. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. The short man with black hair was very rude when we tried to make an exchange for a larger size and lied to the lady we called at customer service saying he had multiple people look at the item and they determined it was “worn” he never took the item to have someone else look at it or have anyone else come over to see the item. I sent an email to Tara at customer service with picture proof of the item with a comparison to another item in the same condition in their own store to show it was not worn and she sent a generic response and clearly did not read my email.

I bought an ankle bracelet for my sister and we got in the car to put it on, & it was broken . So we went back to exchange it & I still had the receipt to prove I bought it, & the manager didn’t even tell me anything, she just pushed it on the counter by me. Then, my sister had to use the bathroom & we couldn’t find the bathroom so we went by the dressing rooms & they had a bathroom next to it & the door was already open and she just stood there staring at me & I told her that I was waiting for my sister to get out the bathroom & she told me that it wasn’t a public bathroom & walked away. Then she came back about a minute later & asked me who let me in & I told her that the door was already open & the manager just rolled her eyes. Poor service & rude.
