I was able to pick up the last of my Christmas shopping. I always pay attention to the customer service and Emely definitely fulfilled my expectations! She was helpful, offered me a 20% coupon for my next purchase and also helped me become a member. Her service is great!

When it comes to dress slacks, I always have good luck at Calvin Klien. Their staff is extremely professional and helpful and the stores are usually relatively neat and organized. I didn’t immediately see any styles I liked in the normal section, so I sauntered back to the clearance rack where I was greeted by the deal of the day… a beautiful pair of steel grey pants with a distinct glossy shimmer… and they happened to be in my exact size – my lucky day! I left CK a happy man!

On entry I was greeted by a young man. I found a shirt that I liked and asked the price. He sales person replied 9.99. I asked him to give the correct size and 3 colors. As I approached the cashier Elandra I was informed that they are 19.99. I explained that was informed by the sales person that they are 9.99 and he pointed to the price on sign. She claims that I heard wrong. Although I am a regular shopper at CK. that was the last time I enter that store. You need to either train your staff or honor the prices verbally confirmed.
