I liked this workout. It was typical, traditional personal training exercises with a group. Nate, the trainer and owner, was really nice and helpful. People were friendly at this gym. It was mostly males and a couple women other than myself. We used kettlebells, medicine balls, straps, and did box jumps. We did lunges and some new tricks and moves I had not done a training gym. Oh yeah, and our focus was deadlifts, which I had done before at CitySports. This was a decent workout. The gym is a good facility near Van Ness. I did this through ClassPass and I would consider it again.

First time with zumba. This place is awesome from the lighting to the instructors. I am not a good dancer and was so comfortable. I didn't even realize the hour was up. Prices are so reasonable too!
