They just left - so I’ll be truly happy after the problem stays fixed for a while but, first impressions... they were very professional, very knowledgeable, and nice people. That goes for Chris who did the repairs as well as the office staff who were extremely pleasant on the phone.

I needed to replace the water heather and checked 3 companies. Do it Right was professional from the beginning. when I called them, Selena was very friendly and gave me the options for the next appointment available, it was the next day in the morning. Damian explained to me the options, he was professional and efficient, and the price was reasonable ( better than the other 2 companies), so in about 2 1/2 hours it was done! Happy with their service.

I called Do It Right Plumbers Inc. on a Friday regarding my 20 year old water heater that I was interested in replacing in the near future. I was told a technician (plumber) would be at my home on the coming Monday between 8-8:30 am. Dakota arrived on time and had a look at our current water heater. After we talked a bit, we agreed on a price for a new State Proline 50 gallon gas water heater that I felt was very fair. Dakota installed the water heater with new stainless steel water connections, a new gas valve, and a new gas line [that he left to go purchase]. He worked efficiently, cleanly, and everything was covered in the flat rate he quoted me. I will be utilizing this company for my plumbing needs in the future.
