My company recently needed to send one of our excavators in for some significant service work. The work was technical, involved, and complicated stuff. Luckily Dee in the Service Department at FW was on the job! Dee provided me with routine updates as to the status of our machine, helped in answering questions along the way, provided detailed information on the service requirements associated with the work being performed, and was perhaps the most responsive and responsible individual I've had the pleasure of working with on such a task. I own a fleet of excavation related equipment, trucks, and custom built specialty machinery in a business operation that spans multiple States. All of it needs to be serviced from time to time requiring me to interact with lots of service personnel routinely. Dee is probably at the top of the professionalism list for what she does. If you are in need of equipment service, I would recommend placing your project in the hands of the superior staff at FW Equipment. They know how to get things done professionally. After shopping many diferente places including NY state; I called F&W equipment and Mark was the sells guy. Very professional, made everything easy from the purchase to the delivered date.
