Ed from House Detectives was very thorough and explained his findings clearly for our home inspection. He helped us understand how the condition of our 100-year old home compared to other homes of similar age in the area. At the end of the inspection, he went over what he believed were more pressing findings, findings that were maintenance items and needed monitoring, and those which were mainly aesthetic. The final report was also clearly written, thorough, well-organized with photos, and included an executive summary of findings of high importance. Ed was professional and had a good sense of humor. I’d highly recommend Ed to use for your home inspection.
