Good selection of spa equipment and supply. I have been shopping from this company for at least 20 years. I haven't had good luck for them fixing the equipment I bought from them. I have a heavy duty dentist chair I bought from them that the electrical part broke. It's so heavy that I can't just casually take it for them to take a look at and they can't tell me on the phone if they can fix it, even though it's their machine! So I am using it as is for now.

Worst company ever to deal with. Very poor customer service. They’re all bunch of liars, specially the owner, John!!! Strongly suggest avoid dealing with him. I took my business elsewhere, after doing business with them for 2 years. There’re a lot of problems with the beds. The bed is falling apart, and John’s suggestion is to not have anybody over 200 Ibs on the bed. Shopping online, I was able to find much better deals. And by far better customer service. Thanks
