The BEST car dealership I have ever worked with. 10 stars if google would let me. They were very straightforward from the beginning. No games or having a lot of back and fourth to get a fair price. They NEVER kept me waiting around. Everyone was so kind, polite, HONEST and non judgmental. I would buy every car from them if I could. Usually buying a car can be stressful and dreadful but not here. The GM, salesman, and finance officer all deserve 10 stars each! I was in and out of the dealership in a matter of a couple hours. Quick and easy friendly dealership. This is my 100% honest review. They never pressured me to give a review. I’m giving this review on my own because they are THAT good. Thank you so much for the great experience Mitsubishi of Orange park.

The team at Orange Park Mitsubishi is second to none! I am not even over selling it. Buying a new car should be a celebration, an uplifting experience. With the Orange Park team it was! From the ease of getting my pre qualification to the signing of the paperwork I always felt valued and respected. It's not even that I have perfect credit... I don't. In spite of my limitations I was able to get a wonderful new Outlander Sport at less than MSRP out the door with a finance option that meets my needs. Orange Park Mitsubishi sells Maserati, Fiat, Alpha Romeo, AND Mitsubishi. With all the high end cars and clientele, I would have expected to feel like a second tier customer. That wasn't the case! I want to publicly thank Ty, Jefferson, Chris, Brandon, and all the unseen techs who made this purchase completely painless. Thank you all so much!

The guy that helped me, (I forgot your name!), was very helpful, polite, courteous and informative. Y'all deserve a gold medal. This information is regarding additional guests in the waiting room though. There was an additional guest waiting in the waiting room who was blasting their music full blast. I wonder if there's a policy that you can tell other guests they should bring in headphones or play their music down really low. I had my own headphones in and I could hear his music. Just FYI. I know it's not your fault that this gentleman was playing his music nor so loudly, but I expected John Denver to come flying up out of the ground. :)

In a half-dozen visits I've been treated well and received good service. Appointments are honored and service is provided in a reasonable time frame. The staff has been very cordial. The waiting area is clean and amenable. I'm happy to take my Eclipse here for regular service.
