Paula was very nice. My wife and her dad went there, my wife is on strong chemo. She finally went to pick up her wig, a special appointment, which Paula forgot. She did come to meet her though. So, forgiven. She laid the wig on a counter a cut a blunt bang into her wig. My wife is Nonconfrontational and she won’t go back and complain. She literally looks rediculous now. And Paula measured her head but the wig doesn’t fit, it’s too small. It was a 2500 gift from her parents and won’t wear it. She did say Paula was a sweet woman.

Paula was very welcoming. She has a beautiful spirit and she’s made me feel very comfortable. There were a variety of wigs to choose from except for I would for her to have more colour like red, blonde, copper sunset, raspberry SCG. Reason being, I think these colors fits black people like me more, ‘my opinion.’ The ambiance there is very beautiful, and there’s lots of parking space. I definitely recommend this boutique to anyone who’s interested.

Very poor and very overpriced service. Waiting for many month for ordered hair piece. Finally getting wrong length hair piece, wrong hair quality and without manufacturer tag. I do not recommend this boutique. Bad experience!
