When i first met with Frank i was so impressed by him. He was hired and we signed a contract in September of 2018. In November he called to ask if he could prep the driveway. We said yes, he came and we squared away for the work. At this time he informed me that he probably would not be able to finish the job until spring due to the weather, but we would be first on his list. April came, the weather was beautiful, and no progress on our paving project. I called and left a message but no one returned my call. I called again. This time Frank called me back. When i asked for an update, he said he would have to check his schedule. He said he would try to call back that week. Again, no call. I started making calls to other contractors, got estimates, and had the driveway paved within the week. I cannot recommend this company due to lack of communication and not following through with promises made.

Rhoades has done four projects for me. Each time I have received high quality work done in a timely manner at a fair price. (Can't ask for more!) I recommend this family business without any reservations.
