Great product, possibly the best and have been a wholesale customer for many years. Customer service with young lady on the phone today is horrible and breaks my heart. Before finalizing my small order and giving me prices she contiuously asked for me to update credit card and then wanted to run unethical business practice on our company credit card. Would not stop talking long enough to listen. Breaks my heart to not do business with Shureido and possibly move elsewhere such as Tokaido. Saddened I am - truly.

I have called 76 times during the last week to find out why they never answered an email sent three months ago. They have yet to pick up the phone. Cannot order online, no answering machine. Great products, but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish they cared.
