When I decided I wanted to become a court reporter, I looked into accredited, superior schools in Southern California . South Coast College was the only physical establishment that hit all the checks on my list. South Coast has such a helpful, hands-on staff that I never felt in the dark about anything, which was very important for me in an educational setting. I qualified for the CSR Examination and graduated in 2.5 years. If you want to be successful in a good career, check out the court reporting program at South Coast. They have other credible programs as well.

I loved the hands on experience I received from this school. Every teacher knows your name and wants to help you succeed. They take their time after classes to give you extra guidance. The atmosphere was always positive and uplifting. They all help you to try to pass as well as help to keep you motivated when you're not passing. Because I went to South Coast, I've been able to have a very successful career in the few years I've been a reporter, and I have them to thank for everything I've accomplished. So thank you, South Coast, for all that you did and continue to do each day!

I'm happy that I attended this school .when I entered this school I had zero knowledge of the legal field. I could honestly say after I completed the legal assistant program. I gained confidence in knowing in what I was capable to do. Thanks to the supporting staff for taking there time out of there busy days for helping us students accomplish one of our goals.

I love and loved South Coast College. The best thing about it was its staff. From its court reporting instructors to its paralegal program, everything is taught and intended to provide the student with the best opportunity to leave its halls with knowledge superlative to that of students from anywhere else. What are your chances of obtaining a position in the legal office as a court reporter, paralegal or legal assistant? That is probably what I should have asked myself prior to obtaining a \less-than-godly\ student loan! I graduated mentally prepared - but financially not quite ready to work at the rate at which most legal firms hire those fresh out of school! Although I work in a field completely unrelated to that in which I was trained (I graduated from the paralegal program and am one of two people now running a surgical company.) I maintain the hope that I will become an integral part of a firm, foundation or group that will recognize my training. Hats off to you, SCC, the \best little college in California!

I recently completed my Paralegal Studies, and I am forever grateful with the school. Everything about the school is amazing, the staff is very caring, the professors are very knowledgeable and comforting. I am so glad I chose this school to complete my education. I highly recommend this school.
