My daughter gave me a gift of a Woodhouse Deep Sleep experience. Jessica was wonderful. The head, neck, and back massage was completed with precision and perfect pressure that gently teased my stress knots away. The relaxing tea and the foot massage were heavenly. The atmosphere was serene. I will be back....soon.

Talk about being blown away when you go to a Spa. This is absoultely gorgeous inside, the staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming, and the robes are to die for. Legit - the robes are the softest and warmest things you'll ever put on. I have been there for a couple different occasions and cannot complain about any service I have received. The only thing to be cautious about is they are very pricey. But it's an experience so if you are looking to get pampered, this is a great location.
Wow. Wow. Wow. I had a 110 minute massage as well as an 80 minute facial. Both services were absolutely incredible. The staff here are very professional and the atmosphere is so calming. We were offered robes, sandals, and drinks. I haven’t been this relaxed in years!! Ladies & gentlemen, take some time for YOURSELF at the wooodhouse spa- you won’t regret it!
Absolutely AMAZING!! My husband and I recently did a couples massage before our wedding and we fell in love with it’s calming atmosphere. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Definitely the best spa in Cleveland
The atmosphere was wonderful and very welcoming. However, the massage service was not so good. My masseuse was nice, but felt she rushed through my service. I didn’t receive a full-body massage on my backside, only to my shoulders and feet. I just expected to have a great experience and didn’t.for the price, i would’ve expected more because this was not my first massage. Professional staff, but poor skills.
