Empress Styles

The staff here is very friendly and informative. I think they are VERY overpriced I paid 80 for an item, the same item (brand, color) is 25 on Amazon. You will overpay for your items. Definitely getting over.

Purchased a product here for the first time. Put in batteries and it was faulty/didn’t work. Literally returned 15 minutes later and was told I was out of luck. Lost 100.00. Never again with this place. Do NOT go here.

To the heavyset white girl with the glasses behind the counter today 10/24. I would like to thank you for your body shaming of my short statured girl friend. I personally loved how your manager asked for my ID as well. What does that imply, exactly? Well, you certainly didn't make any money off of me... What a horrendously embarrassing experience being carded before we even get to the register.... That I would have been more ok with .. to do it in the interrogative manner it was done in the middle of the store.... Yeah, I'm completely turned off. Thanks.
