The crew here is excellent. They gave me a ton of info on the phone and then remembered me when I walked in. Explained every item about my project and provided me with a reasonable cost that was close to the big box stores but with the added benefit of expert knowledge.

I recently worked with Justin Fitzpatrick on a warranty for a lock on my front door that I had purchased many years ago. He was very professional, easy to work with, and processed all of the paperwork within a short period of time. I was able to get a replacement lock within a few weeks. I cannot express enough appreciation for everything that WindowRama has done. Their customer service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend WindowRama to anyone who is looking to purchase windows, doors, locks, etc.
This newly design store is by far the best window and door showroom I have ever seen. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable.
Zero stars earned here. It took 7 months start to finish installation of whole house windows. The process was agonizing, employees are disinterested and unprofessional. They are messy, sloppy, and could care less. One installer actually nailed window trim directly over an outlet in my house. Caulk was slapped on, windows arrived broken, several times multiple windows were incorrect size. This experience was a nightmare, I wish we had used a local contractor and ordered from Andersen directly.
If I could give this place “0”stars I would. Beware before you sign with these people. Look at the BBB ratings as well. Many complaints. Customer service is horrible. I custom ordered a window and they showed up with the wrong window. The replacement windows were not installed properly with no insulation. They are as drafty as my old ones. All that money basically down the drain and they take no blame or care to fix anything. The managers are a joke and so are the people they hire to do these jobs. I had shingles falling off my house by the time these people were done and I had to tell the workers multiple times that the replacement windows still had a crack where you could see to the outside . Am I paying you to do the job.???? Absolutely horrible
I had nothing but great success. Got my windows on time and in excellent quality. Even when I was short on a couple things I called WindowRama and Don Perrier answered and told me he had what I needed in stock. Not only did he have them but he brought them right to my house!!! It was much appreciated seeing it’s a bit of a drive to orange. I great appreciate his help and excellent service. I would deal with him again anytime!!
Wonderful staff and service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. My family and I have got many doors and windows from them and we are always pleased.
Don is my go-to guy for windows, doors and door hardware. Their expansive new showroom helps me demonstrate the different window and door options to my clients. Windowrama also services existing windows that they didn’t install. All in all, their full-service shop does everything possible for a hassle-free project.
