My daughter enjoys going to Romp n’ Roll. I love that it’s not just a gym, they include music and art in their classes. They help them work on their fine motor skills, inspire creativity and curiosity.
Don’t waste your time or money! In the two months I took my 1 year old there we saw numerous different bugs ALL OVER and the staffs only response was “theres cracks so they get in”! We and other parents complained numerous times and nothing was done. People came for free trials and were disgusted by this and refused to sign up. After finishing a class the other day we were informed by the instructor that she currently had the FLU yet was working with our children anyway. Only admitted it once we asked if she was sick. My son had a severe allergic reaction to PERMANENT ACRYLIC paint that he was given to use without anyone informing us that it was not child safe washable paint (who gives toddlers permanent paint!). No one even called to see if he was okay or even a simple apology. They could care less as long as they get their payment each month. Over the two months numerous classes were cancelled and either with no notification until we got there in time for the class or an hour before. They never have enough classes to run anything that requires actual art materials instead of running around aimlessly in the gym with a 2 second pause for a song and dirty sticky unwashed music materials. Gross! Besides being a major health concern, the staff could care less about our children and made sarcastic, rude and obnoxious comments behind parents back, yet in front of other parents. I guess they don’t realize everyone tells everyone everything. The owner refuses to own up to any issues and ignores all complaints without so much as a phone call. All she cares about is money. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!
My wife took my son to this gym numerous times and had numerous concerns. She discussed her issue with all the bugs found in this location each time they appeared and the staff brushed it off every single time like it wasn’t a big deal. I even made comments when I saw bugs when I would take my son and they went unheard as well. My son had an allergic reaction to their permanent acrylic paint that was given to him (he’s 1 year old) and they had no concern what so ever. My wife pulled him out of this gym after she was told by an employee that they had the flu. The owner has not provided any solution or feedback on any of these concerns and again brushed them off as they are no big deal.
The place is not safe for children! They give acrylic paint to one and two year old children, the staff admits to coming in sick with the flu and having direct contacts with babies and toddlers. They also do not require any immunization records! The “owner” is only concerned about running mommy’s morning out classes and collecting money for it instead of fixing the problems at hand. The classes are always exactly the same.There were insects all over the play area numerous times and the owner does not want to work with anyone about their concerns. DON’T Waste your money and jeopardize your children’s well being! STAY AWAY!
More than just a kids Gym, romp n roll offers classes and educational play and exploration. An excellent alternative to other kids gyms.
A great variation of classes each week. They really do a great job interacting with the children, Teaching skills in each class. Highly recommend
Attended a birthday party today! Well organized, interactive with the kids and adults, and most important, clean and sanitary! The kids enjoyed the playtime and interaction.
