I wish that I could rate this establishment higher but my experience wasn’t good at all. I called The Music Doctor to set up an appointment and even visited for a follow up to set my appointment time in stone. The day of my appointment (aka the day that I was scheduled to come in for my first lesson which I was so very excited about!) I walked in and was told that my instructor had left because someone scheduled prior to my lesson had not shown up. I thought to myself what in the world does that have to do with me and my lesson? I wasn’t given any kind of reconciliation or an apology for my instructor simply not showing up. I was told I could come back later in the day. I scheduled my appointment at a certain time because I wanted my appointment at that time, not later in the day. If you are like me and desperately looking to learn guitar or any other instrument, I wouldn’t encourage you to look into lessons at The Music Doctor. My time is as precious as the instructors time, it is not ok to just not show up especially for a PAYING client.

My experience with the Music Doctor was very positive. I received the repair service requested and was very satisfied with the results. They also kept me informed of the status of their progress, which i really appreciated. I would not hesitate to utilize their services again.

Could not get any work done on my instrument even after 3 days in the shop. The repair guy obviously does not work for the store. I agree that the only reason they are there is because of a lack of competition. I'm driving out of town for professional service from now on, I should have known better.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY 1) They can and will steal money directly from your checking account even if you specifically tell them do not draft from your account. They steal by double drafting, never repaying your money, and not applying it to your bills. 2) Even if they are drafting payments from your account every month, they will send you bills telling you that you are 3 months behind due on your bill and try charging you late fees! 3) No matter how many times you call to complain about what they are doing they will continue to tell you that a) their accountant handles all the billing and isn't there b) it's the banks fault not theirs and/or c) their system just can't keep up with the payments coming in. These people do NOT know how to run a business and are nothing more than thieves!

My son, Danny, plays Tenor Saxophone. Recently, he tripped over a curb with his Selmer in his hands. There were a few breaks. Many of the low notes would not come out and the low C key kept popping out of place. Danny was devastated. We brought it to The Music Doctor and got it back in a few days. The service was amazing! The horn sounded better than ever, all the breaks were fixed, and they even gave us a free protecter for the instrument body. We are very grateful for the fix and would not hesitate coming again or recommending The Music Doctor to a friend. Thank you, Music Doctor!!!

BE WARNED! BEWARE!Bought new instrument.According to them, had to pay MSRP since I didn't pay cash all up front. Had to pay monthly maintenance/insurance to include cleaning but the 1st time in for cleaning months later, was denied the service, being told that instrument didn't need cleaning.Was promised a monthly statement but they never came.Billing month after month after month was SCREWED UP!Received no monthly statements but a past due notice came a couple of times, even though payment was made.Or drafting stopped for no reason & found out months later & they tried to tack on a 10 late charge for every month THEY didn't draft.Tried to convert out of drafting & was told it would increase payment.MONTH AFTER MONTH AFTER MONTH DEALT WITH HAVING TO RECTIFY...ON AUTODRAFTING!!!.Phone calls NEVER returned...EVER!!They're here because there is no competition locally, UNFORTUNATELY!GLAD to be done with paying & will be extremely satisfied to take my business elsewhere...even though it means a trip out of town!!!
