I have been going to Orcherd Family Medicine, PC since 2008. I highly recommend them. They are wonderful, caring and willing to listen when I have had concerns. I will continue to have them for my PCP as long as I am able to go. :)

Very caring and professional staff from front desk to medical professionals. Willing to spend time to make sure you're heard, which sometimes means a wait, but I appreciate that. Easy to find, and willing to work you in if you have a sudden illness, which again sometimes means a wait, but when you're the one they worked in, you appreciate it more.

Rebekah Payne is the most dedicated, knowledgeable, friendly, and engaged PA I've ever had. Family Medicine would be thoroughly transformed if every practice had more PAs such as her. I feel so fortunate to have found this practice.

Stay away from Rebekah Payne, the new physician's assistant. She is rude, condescending, incompetent, contradicts herself, doesn't listen or care at all. Would not order tests for the body parts that I scream in pain from on a daily basis. Wouldn't listen to all my symptoms, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. One of the nurses was horrible too. I was kept waiting for a long time in the room, I opened the door and told the nurse I am in pain and can't sit and wait much longer. She told me to stand and closed the door in my face. Wow. **Update** it's almost a year later. I was diagnosed with several things that this physician's assistant obviously overlooked because she wouldn't listen to me. I'm feeling better now but no thanks to her. If I continued going to this office, I still wouldn't know what's wrong with me and would never have gotten the right help that I needed.
