There are a few wonderful long time employee caregivers at Orchard Point, Glendale, AZ, but there is way too much turn over in the administrative positions. My father was there in 2018 and I have kept in contact with several residents who have kept me informed on all of the turnover in administration.

Beautiful community with loving and caring staff. Many of the caregivers have worked at the community since it opened. The food is excellent and the activities are tailored to fit what the residents are interested in. Highly recommend!
We moved our Mom into Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead a few weeks ago and we couldn't be more pleased! The move in process was well supported - they even suggested a mover! - and everyone was very helpful. I've spent a lot of time here supporting Mom's transition and I am so happy about the staff - they are helpful, caring and very welcoming. I've eaten in the dining room several times and the food is DELICIOUS!! This place feels like home! My mom is very happy here and has lots of fun activities to do. We are truly thankful to have found Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead!
We moved my mom into the memory care side of Orchard Pointe almost a year ago and it has been an amazing experience for her. After checking out multiple different memory care homes, we knew this was clearly the best choice. It is a beautiful facility that really feels like home, and they offer many activities and events. The staff is wonderful, and the caregivers are so kind and gentle with my mom. It is so reassuring to know that my mom is being cared for by qualified, loving people that understand her illness and can give her the care that she needs. Orchard Pointe has been an incredible blessing to our family.
The staff at Orchard Pointe at Arrowhead: from office and administrative, to the medical techs, to the care givers, and housekeeping crew have been responsive, responsible and reliable consistently during our family member's time there. Our family member was treated with the upmost respect and compassion and we are very grateful. A few times our loved one had to be transported to the hospital. The emergency personnel and hospital staff always complimented Orchard Pointe for sending thorough and up-to-date records along with our family member. I recommend this facility to you!
