I want to say how much I appreciated the way I was treated, from the first phone call to the final delivery of my repaired Kubota. Brady and Eric were the best. They called me and kept me abreast of the timing on the repairs. These men are awesome in customer service. I'll never go anywhere else and if the time comes when I'll have to retire my old tractor, Fischer Mill is where I will go to look for a replacement.

Unfortunately, the hydraulic system on my new tractor was acting up. The service department asked me to check the transmission oil and take a video of the issue. The solution was not so clear, so the next step was to take it in. Well, that was not so easy for me and Fisher Mill Supply is an hour drive to pick up oil and/or parts. They offered to send a tech out at no charge and if he was not able to fix it, they would truck it back to their shop. Two days later Eric arrived well prepared. Super nice guy and knows his stuff. He found the problem and fixed it on the spot. Now my tractor works better than ever. Thank you again Eric and thank you Fisher Mill supply for your fantastic service.
