This is one of the best home repair companies I’ve worked with! Very professional, great communication and excellent work. We had a water leak inside the wall, causing a great deal of damage. Everything looks better than before. I will definitely use this company again, and have recommended them to all my neighbors. I feel fortunate I was referred to them.

I cannot say enough about this company. We had a water damage at out home. They responded right away after our agent contacted them and set up a time to evaluate the damage, and they were here right on time. I was treated with respect from all the employees that worked on repairing the damage. The quality of the work was fantastic they took great care making sure that it was done right the first time. I must say it looked better than it did before the water got to it. Everyone treated us like we were family and assured us that everything would be okay. I would totally recommend this company to anyone with out a doubt and would definitely use their services again in the future if needed. This experience was a first for us and the fact this company valued my time and my home and took care us to the very end has made me a customer for life.

I hired Great Western for a restoration project I needed completed after having my home destroyed by water damage. The Project Manager I worked with was so professional, very punctual and kept me in the loop about every step of the process. I was told a timeline on the repairs being completed and needless to say they went above and beyond and finished my project ahead of schedule. The craftsmanship was out of this world and my home looks marvelous even better than before. I would recommend Great Western to all my friends and family and even on social media as they did a terrific job! TB

Bottom line: READ THE CONTRACT!! Go elsewhere. Pros: Insurance company seems to like their estimate (detailed). Mitigation personnel on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Sub-contracted plumber was professional and handled the repair quickly. I would seriously give 5's based on these guys. Cons: Estimator caused additional damage during his estimate. He was asked if he needed help prior to breaking the pipe but declined. The estimate took forever to be sent to the insurance. Contractor did not follow-up with me at all until prompted by my insurance company. I was then informed that it would be an additional month before they could assign anyone and I would need to sign the contract. I read through the contract and there were a few points I found unreasonable. My main concerns: 1- Any insurance checks have to be signed over within 5 days (not feasible as checks get written to the mortgage company) 2- You agree to pay 20% over cost (understandable) BUT this is regardless of the amount of the job that is actually done by that company. If you decide to go another way halfway through or do work before the month it takes to assign a project manager, you still have to pay. 3- They assume NO responsibility for work stoppages. If they decide to walk away for any reason for a month or two...(really?) I did sign after making modifications and was told this is not acceptable. ...so let me get this straight...you don't trust me (which is fine, I get folks are dishonest) but I should give you my complete trust and sign to things that I already know are impossible and agree to not hold them responsible for anything because hey...they will do the right thing....NOPE. I have since asked for them to send the funds to address the cost of the repairs for the damage caused and have not heard anything further. We are going on business day 5. I am thinking I should have just asked for this up front. At any rate, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.
