This Dental outfit doesn't even deserve one star but had to just to be able to post the review!! Spoke to two other people including my own mother who won't go back due to outrageous prices and poor people skills. Wouldn't waste my time folks:(

In contrast to some of the negative reviews I have read, my experiences with my Dentist, Dental Assistants, and Hygienist have always been great. These individuals are very professional, personable, and meticulous. The office staff has always been friendly and I've never had a scheduling or billing issue since coming to this location. My husband and I both get all our dental care here and have no intention of looking elsewhere. Many other positive comments on the Gentle Dental website support my views.

This clinic used to be good. In past years I believe they have had changes to their staff and administration and now they run this clinic for profit first. Beware of all of the ways they find to increase your bill and recommend procedures that are not needed. They charge for everything including releasing your records which you paid for! Do not go here.

I went here recently as a walk in for severe pain I was having and was seen within a half hour. Front staff was very nice. The assistant was also very nice and helpful. The dentist was also very kind and helpful. He did the exam, went over my options and got me some medication to keep me comfortable until treatment could be carried out. I was given an estimate for treatment which was very reasonable and I will be back. It's too bad that some people claim this establishment is \all about the money\ just because they have to actually pay for services.

I have had the same dentist for over 25 years in Spokane. After moving to the Eugene area I was hesitant to seek out a new dentist. I thought it would be difficult to replace my prior dentist. Dr. White and his staff were courteous, professional, and caring. I have found my new dental clinic.
