I recently moved to Oregon and I really wanted a hot tub for my aches and pains. I didn't now anything about hot tubs but luckily I walked into the Oregon Hot Tub store in Tigard. I met Derrick H. and he helped me figure out which tub was best for me, which system was the best fit (salt) and set me up with great financing. He was so patient with all my newbie questions and made me feel really supported. The delivery team was fantastic and my electrician had me hooked up in a jiffy. Then Derrick came out to my house and explained all the ins and outs of taking care of my tub. I thought I'd be intimidated but it was (and still is) easy as pie. The system does pretty much everything for me. Getting into that tub every night is just what the doctor ordered. I am less stressed, more relaxed and my aches and pains are a thing of the past. I am so grateful to the excellent customer service I received. It's great to know that Derrick and his team are a call, text or email away. The only thing that comes close to how good I feel is how great it was to meet such such a cool team ... just good people. Derek was very nice, professional and helpful. My husband and I spent all day shopping up to 7 different companies and the experience was frustrating until we saw Derek. He talked with us for a long period of time. I am a diabetic and my blood sugar was low while in the store. He offered us a water and even went out to his car and got me a granola bar. He had me test my blood sugar after I ate to make sure I was okay and safe to head home. Hot springs has the best product we came across. My husband and I are about 3 months away from purchasing but we will be sure to buy from Derek. I strongly suggest anyone that needs a reliable hot tub company with great customer service go to oregon hot tub.

Trina and Jennifer were awesome!! I had so many questions about my Grandee hot tub. They answered every question I had with detailed answers and a smile. Over the course of two days they helped me a ton to understand how to clean and take care of my hot tub! Just purchased a Hot springs spa at the Tigard store on Scholls Ferry Rd. Jennifer my sales person was Outstanding to work with. Her knowledge of thier product line was a big plus in helping with my decision to purchase my spa. I shopped several different brands and different stores. Finally after several weeks of shopping I had narrowed my decision down to 2 brands. Hot springs and Jennifer my my choice easy.

Jennifer Bartels has given me every piece of information I could ever want about swim spas so that I was able to make a very informed decision. The product line she sells is easily the best out there. She also followed my purchase from start to finish. I have dealt with salespeople who make the sale then disappear. Not Jennifer. She answers her phone even on days off and followed my purchase until it was installed. I have no regrets with my purchase, in large part because of Jennifer Bartels and her willingness to work with me as long as necessary to set my mind at ease.
