I am happy to report Kunes went above and beyond to make things right for me. Chris was fantastic and is incredibly knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost respect. ****original post seen below**** Kunes krap service. My car still has the same issues now as it did when I first brought it to them. It was a huge waste of time to even attempt to bring it to their service department. My car sat outside for over 45 minutes without anyone knowing what I needed to do to be able to leave. Turns out no one notified the service counter that my car was done being \serviced\. Now I have to take my car to another dealer to have the problem fixed. Save yourself the phone call and time and just find another dealer now to work on your car. I will never buy or have a car serviced there again.
