I'm not really sure why more people haven't written a review for Oregon Party Rentals because they were awesome! We rented banquet tables and chairs for our wedding and they delivered to Prineville on the first heavy day of snow despite numerous crashes and delays. They even texted updates to let us know when they might arrive! The quality was of the tables and chairs was great and everything looked very clean. They made setup and tear down so easy. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you all!

Rented from them (in redmond and they brought to madras site for my pickup) i was so excited to be so close to rental place. Picked up machine and when we went to use it, it smoked and burnt the floss even on the lowest setting so I called and returned machine. Was told they would check it and let me know if they had another for me to use. The next day I was able to pick up another machine but the second machine shook so badly it shook the sugar out of the machine and was sooo loud it scared the kids anywhere near it. I again returned the machine and this time requested a refund. We were very disappointed not to have the machine for our party. The owners are the reason I'm giving them the stars I am. They were very kind and helpful trying to give us what we wanted but unfortunately some of there cotton candy machines need some work before renting out again. If they will have me I plan to rent from them again this time next year

I rented a popcorn machine from Oregon Party Rentals for my daughter's birthday. Not only were Cheri and Jim pleasant to work with, they were incredibly accommodating in pickup/drop off times despite being very busy with a haunted house they ran for Halloween. They also supplied the popcorn and bags allowing me to return what I did not use. I would absolutely rent from them again.
