Went there last week and the woman who “helped” is was extremely miserable like she hated the world or something. Literally frowning the entire time shaking her head no and muttering under her breath. She’s some older woman with grey hair and she came with a dollie to pick up an battery that was too heavy and boy did she express her hate for her job. After purchasing window wipers the man who installed them had zero customer service skills... just ran off inside like he didn’t even want to be bothered. Try having your employees ask if they need anything else or tell them “Hey you’re all set, have a good day”, something! We just assumed he was finished because he didn’t come back.

We were greeted and asked if we needed help. Wr stated a battery for a 2003 navigator. The gentleman asked if we wanted good better or best. We asked prices and we decided cheapest. The man looked up and stated that it was only a two year battery. He seemed annoyed with us chosing the cheapest battery. Honestly seemed annoyed with the whole process. I felt completely judged and maybe if he would have explained the value in chosing the higher battery we might have considered a higher priced one.He was rude and i was just ready to leave. Usually we get great service not this time.. very dissapointed.
