This store is a last resort for parts. Young counter guy today acted like he hated the world, and couldn't even muster a "your welcome" after I clearly said thank you. What ever happened to the days when skilled parts people were polite and knew what they were doing? I can look up a part on my phone while waiting faster than they can in their computer!

Found the parts I needed for a reasonable price.

Good fair prices. I cannot count the times I've needed to rent the tools. Comparable with other areas. Always a clean and friendly environment

The guys are helpful but I think there's some mismanagement and lack of communication between employees. Makes it hard to schedule part pickups when nobody knows I'm supposed to be coming in for those parts and they aren't ready. I'd say it's average at best for a parts store until there's some cultural change there.

Platte city branch, the rudest bunch I've ever dealt with. Platte county has mask ordance but none had mask on and laughed at me for wearing mask.

Haven't been in for a while and of course there's a whole new group of people behind the counter. Was looking for brake lines and a union fitting between 2 pieces. There were none in the drawers in back of the store. Everyone there said, well we must be out, sorry. One guy named Derrick knew there were some and what aisle they were in. He had just came back from delivering parts, otherwise i would have had to go to another parts store for a union fitting. O'Reilly's, you need more Derrick's.

I visited this store twice, the first time I figured the guys were just having a bad day, so acknowledging if we needed assistance, I didn't think anything of it at the time. One guy chewing tobacco, the others standing around and talking stories. Today, I went in, the guy stands there, acts like he doesn't want to assist me and to top it off, when I called they said the scanner was working, went in and they said it's dead.

Good place, no long term staff. Most are good tho.
