O reillys always takes my returns back no questions asked..I wish I could say the same with Napa that charged me a huge restocking fee to return a item.I havent stepped into a Napa since.

My truck broke down and had to be towed to the local ford dealer but they couldn't get to it until the following Monday so I decided to try and fix it myself. Once I found a ride to the auto parts store to find a fuel line clip unfortunately they didn't have it in stock and neither did anyone else in town, a gentleman there called every auto parts store in the surrounding area and the ford dealers to help me find the part. He was able to locate the part for me at a Ford Dealer. He was knowledgeable about the area and gave me great advice. Another good overall experience in my trip to Texas.

These guys have worked miracles for me on many different occasions. I've dealt with most of these guys at one time or another and all of them get me going again. From simple oil and filter too hard to find parts, they never fail to figure it out. Prices are competitive and fair. Customer for life :)

I have shopped at this auto parts place twice and so far so good. The second time was to return brake pads because I was wrong on the noise that was coming from my car. I couldn't find the receipt but went there anyways and they didnt even ask for a receipt. My phone number was all they needed. While I was there I got a gas cap, the man even went out to my car to make sure it fit. I hope the next time I need a part for my car, the visit will be as pleasent as it has been thus far.
