Absolutely terrible customer service! The night of June 5, 2017 I called in 20 minutes before they closed to verify if they had what I needed. He confirmed that they had them in stock, so I raced down there from exit 6 before they closed. I made it there and the same guy I talked to on the phone tried to help me find it... because he didn't already have it up at the front counter waiting on me. They ended up not even having it at all and when I asked him if they might have some in the back, he literally said, "That's a possibility, but we close in like a minute." NEVER AGAIN!

After having a hard time dealing with the Advance Auto parts down the street I decided to go to O'Reilly and was shocked at the customer service difference from one place to the other. Very helpful, I just had some starting issues with my car it takes a while to turn over and start at times, but they checked the battery and the alternator and everything was fine. Bonus, they did this all for free. But most auto parts store will do this. It just happened to be conveniently located where I lived.
