Had to get my battery jumped when I got off work, drove straight to O'Reilly to buy a battery. Nick was only employee in store but since he didn't have any other customers in the store he came out and put my new battery in my car. I felt he appreciated me as a customer. Thanks Nick!

I had a horrendous customer service experience in your Addison, IL store. Your employee, Nick, was very short with me and rude. He refused to help me and on top of that he was not wearing a mask. Another customer in the store even overheard our conversation and how rude I was being treated and took time out of his day to help me! I was thankful that at least one of your customers was kind and helpful even when your employee wasn’t!! Will not return.
Really helpful staff and get what I need all the time.

I was at O’Reilly’s on a Thursday night and I was looking for hubcaps for my car there was a man working there named Hector he was so helpful to me he explained to me how to put them on. I appreciate that he was very kind, patient and helpful to me. He’s a great example of excellent Customer Service And that is why I will always keep coming back to O’Reilly’s
Came in around 7 pm tonight on Sunday January 24th and the associate Nick was not wearing a mask whatsoever and did not even attempt to put one on during the entirety of my visit. He was somewhat standoffish on trying to help me figure out the bulb I need for my headlight and did not make me feel welcome. The store makes a point to say you need to be wearing a mask and social distance, so I was disappointed.
The woman working there was very helpful and helped us find what we needed very quickly.
The employees are willing to help... but they is probably because the employees are a bit older and mature unlike hires at other auto stores.
