I am giving this O’Reilly Auto Parts five stars for their customer service! I found myself with a flat tire next to the store and a wonderful employee named John helped me through the entire situation. We started with Slime quick fix and then realized I had a huge object stuck in my tire. He went above and beyond to help me through changing the tire! I don’t know what I would have done without his help! In this day and age of people not bothering when others are in need, John didn’t hesitate! O’Reilly, you’ve earned a customer for life. Thanks for hiring an amazing person who took the time to help this lady out!

One hell of a team working here. Burr went under the car to help pull out the light. Glad they were here to help me.
I was able to get the part I needed, but I had lost the receipt for the wrong part they gave me when I came in a couple months ago. This meant they would not refund or exchange it for the right part even though they were at fault for giving me the wrong part (apparently some previous person had opened and put the wrong bulbs into the package that I did need). Oh well, I only had to eat about 9, so not too bad. This time the correct part worked in my car, so that was good.
Helpful and friendly. Needed to borrow a few tools while helping someone broken down and they were fine loaning tools so I could swap out their battery. They have a higher quality part as well sometimes.
John was very competent in all the ways a parts person should be. He was knowledgable in how to use the look up. He knew exactly where all the parts were. And was still courteous & helpful when I came in 5 minutes before close. I called the parts & #s in & they were ready to go when I got there.
They gave me a rubber hose for my steering wheel.. it didn't fit.. when I returned it they didn't take it back saying I couldn't prove the wrong part was their fault. Cheap managing.
Helpful cheerful people, tested the battery, when it was dead, they pulled it and replaced it for us...
Best location! Employees know their stuff. Been in here for parts, tos, chemicals for everything from cars to even fixing a hot tub and they still were able to help me find what I needed. Thanks guys
