These guys do a great job. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable workers. I go in tell them what I want and in a matter of minutes I'm walking out with the correct parts. Jason and Aaron is the ones I deal with most and they haven't let me down. The manager Tim is very friendly and helpful as well. I've been to other Oreillys and part stores in the area and this is my go to first every time. From small nick nacks to major jobs, these guys are on it. I would love to see them have help at night amd on the weekend though. Two people just isn't enough when your store is flooded with angry customers. This is a corporate issue and not the stores fault because every Oreillys is the same with lack of help. Other than that great store. I'll be back often.

Took a starter in today to be tested as we were having issues with our car cranking. The young guy took it, put it on the tester, took forever to hook it up and after testing said that everything tested out and the starter was good.... NOT... Apparently he didnt understand what to do and did not understand the test and went and asked another employee (AFTER WE LEFT).. they explained and of course the starter was actually bad (We only found that info out after we called back to confirm). You don't hire and have people at the register that do not know what they are doing let alone working the test machines and do not know how to use them properly or how to distinguish if something is wrong... waste of time, and a waste of a sale. Could have easily spent my money there knowing it was bad but I definitely will not now.... wouldn't bother wasting time at this location. You may or may not get good test reads or the correct info.... ended up going to auto zone, got a correct reading and spent my money with them.

Whatever happened to customer service? Apparently taking care of customers is a thing of the past and pawning your customer off on another store is the new. I use to think highly of Oreillys and always felt like I could walk in and be treated as a customer and not as a problem. If you dont have it at that particular store dont expect your customer continue doing business if you wont even put forth the effort o call the store before sending your customer on a wild gooe chase looking for something they may not even have. This will do nothing but continue driving customers to online shopping and store fronts will continue to fail and be just like your customer service, A THING OF THE PAST. I would highly suggest considering some serious customer service training in order to provide what should be given from the time the customers pulls on to your parking lot to the time they take time to sit and type a review on how to fix your problem. Get it right or others will follow this same path...
