Not a happy customer. I spent 330 for a BCM. I received an open box with a old used BCM inside of it,box even said CORE. I returned it and had no issues in doing so. However I could have ordered one out of Phoenix but then O'reilly's wanted to charge me extra 9.00 for shipping. I'm very disappointed and will continue to shop at NAPA and pay the little more so I know I'm getting the right parts and not getting screwed. I'm glad I caught that it was used otherwise would have had to spend 125 to have it flashed just to find out it was someone else's junk. Very frustrated, my Hummer is now down another week till part can come in from another autoparts store.

The customer service reps here seem pretty new. In time they'll get better.
The place is nice and so are the people. But it is not very well managed. They need a decaded cashier. When not on the register they could be stocking or pulling orders for the drivers and sanitizing. Also they need to have 3 counter people. It should not take 20 minutes to pick up an air filter I order and paid for. That's why you have a cashier. They have down time so you assign certain duties.
Went in to pick-up a starter for my Primo's vehicle.
Good customer service but they didn't have the wiring harness I needed for my 06 Dodge Durango.
I like their store....generally find all I need. Although in thisinstance I was actually across the street...lol Google.
Great people friendly service....they always go the extra mile to help
