For the most part, these auto part stores are pretty much the same. However, several other stores and a couple of their locations didn't have what I was looking for. This inconspicuous O'Reilly's location did! I've also recently had experiences at other stores where I felt I was ignored, or had to go seeking help. Eric just gave a simple, "Can I help you find something?" That was the start of a great interaction for the rest of my time in that store. After having driven around, called around, Googled around with no luck his customer service changed my mood for the better. And, for the record, he approached me after I had found what I was searching for so this review isn't a 5-star just because they had a part.

I didn't catch her name but the lady with the purple glasses and blue nails helped me out. She was fast and efficient in getting me everything I needed. Overall a good trip to O'Reilly Auto Parts.
